Cute dress

This is a very cute dress. It is made of a soft fabric that is nice to the touch. The length is below the knees, which is sometimes hard to find. The flutter sleeves add a touch of interest -- not your normal sleeves. The fit is flowy/loose. This dress is definitely nice enough to wear to work, out to dinner, or to the beach.
